As for the development of china’s tea culture, the origin of the tea time is uncertain, Lu yu once said in his book called Tea classics:tea as a drink, derived from the emperor Shen nong, well-known in Lu Zhou. Later, after the development of the Han dynasty and the Northern and Southern dynasties,the real tea culture began to form in the mid Tang dynasty, and reached its high status in the Song dynasty.From the point of creation background,the prosperity of tea culture and the evolvement of literary concepts in Song dynasty directly promoted the prosperity of chanted tea literature.For example, chanted things literature gradually flourish and paving the way for the chanted tea literature. In addition, the literary proposition called the customs as elegant raised the position of chanted tea literature, and allowed it take a place with a relative decorous gesture. From point of the development of chanted tea literature itself, both culture connotation and artistic characteristics,the chanted tea literature of Song dynasty had rapid development on the basis of the former generations,and formed the distinctive times features.Such as chanted tea prose not only reflects the tea administration, communication conditions but also present a different style in different genres.The chanted tea pomes involves content is more extensive and profound.That is not only reflected the tea customs and ceremony,exquisite tea production process but also reflected the awareness of social life of the Song dynasty person,the pursuit of the aesthetic artistic conception. From personal creation, the author number is large, works number is also large, many works is very good among them, such as the works of Sushi, Huang ting jian, Lu you, both ideological content and artistic value are laudable, show a different writer on the creation of commonness and individuality in the different period of Song dynasty.
