Ewenki ethnic is a minority with the present population of only thirty thousand or so according to the census of2000. However, in the process of long social historical development, the nation has remained an unique way of life, religious belief and ecological consciousness. In the field of literature, Wureertu is an outstanding national writer of Ewenki. He has become one of the top writers of Chinese minorities with his works holding great reputation at home and abroad. His works express that Wureertu put his own destiny closely together with the national fate from beginning to the end. In some extent, Wureertu has become the nation’s spokesman, his strong love to his own nation, anxiety of nation suffering from the impact of modernity and deep thinking to the national survive and so forth have strongly aggregated in his wonderful works. The novel right bank of altay-ergun river, written by a Han female writer named Chi Zijian, who lived in the surrounding of Ewenki ethic group for a long time and got familiar with life there, has won the seventh Maodun literature prize. The novel is based on the very ethnic groups, depicts the Ewenki nation’s one hundred years’history for us. It concentrates the traditional culture on the daily life, national customs and religious beliefs, which has the epic character and thickness of cultural anthropology thought as highlighted. Wureertu and Chi Zijian, one is a minority writer, the other is a Han nationality writer, a male writer and a female writer respectively. They showed the production activities, way of life, customs, ethics, religion, national psychology and so on of this special minority in their novels, which has the same sort effect with some different characteristics. Things just comes to the same in text construction and folk narrative of this two authors’works.This thesis mainly use text analysis and parallel researchal methods to make a comparative study between Wureertu’s novels and Chi Zijian’s right bank of altay-ergun river, it discusses the similarities and differences on Ewenki ethnic’s approach to life, customs, religious consciousness, national psychology and ecological aspects of their novels. By comparing, we can get a overall understanding of the national life, also can deeply understand their mental quality, religious belief and cultural psychology of how to treat nature, disaster and death. At the same time, this paper explores the similarities and differences of text construction and folk narrative, and analyzes the deep related causes. By this kind of comparative study, a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding on the different creational style and characteristics of novels between Wureertu and Chi Zijian will come into being. It undoubtedly provides a very good case of national literature comparative study to make a comparison with the two writers of different nation and different gender and their creational method, aesthetic idea and so on.This paper constitutes by five chapters. The first chapter is the whole introduction of the novel creation of Wureertu and Chi Zijian. The second chapter makes the national character and national spirit as the breakthrough point, summarized the main connotation of the national spirit of the two writers’ novels by comparative analysis. The third chapter concentrates on the same sort of ecological consciousness and the ecological concept of the two writers from the perspective of the ecological literature. The fourth chapter mainly to fully understand that shamanism plays an important role in Ewenki ethnic group from the text interpretation of shamanism of the two writers’novel world. The fifth chapter mainly explores the similarities and differences of text construction and folk narrative, and mainly from the perspective of the differences of the narrative perspective, narrative technique and characterization of Wureertu’s novels and Chi Zijian’s right bank of altay-ergun river, and make deep analysis of the social, cultural and other factors behind this phenomenon. The last part is the conclusion, refining the corresponding conclusion through comparative study with the vision of the two writers and their works.
