On Practical Principles Foreign Spoken Chinese Textbooks Prepared

This article provides an overview of the preparation and use of foreign language teaching status and development trend in recent years. The article analyzed from the perspective of teachers and students on oral teaching and take the spoken materials published by the Beijing Normal university publishing company as an example. The teaching material is called 《Intermediate Chinese Speaking》.The article conducted a survey of the vocabulary use of the material, the content of the text, grammar projects and exercises design studies. Surveys found that teachers and students of the oral teaching of the Intermediate Spoken Chinese have their own ideas, that the materials still need to improve that some of the content does not follow the practical principle.On words, there are some problems that the words which is unreasonable choice or its expressions are relatively outdated, leading to reduce the students’ interests, what they learn is away from the real life. On the text, some choices of the text topic are not useful for students, although those are the most popular topic in modern society in China, those topic are lack of some expression about their own culture which they need to introduce to other students or their friends; On text structure arrangement, the teaching material does not follow the order which should arrange them from easy to hard, and it has less conversational, this is not conducive to develop students’ abilities of real life communication. On syntax projects, the teaching material has fewer sentences, and the the problem of sentence scenario describes is not specific enough to enable students to understand the syntax project and is not sufficient enough to master in place. If we do so, it is easy to bound to make student life communication problems. On the after-school practice, the practice in the form is not diversity, students can answer most of the question using only one sentence, it make students has no inadequate oral practice on new knowledge. Some oral and cultural knowledge have a relatively small proportion, these unable to meet the needs of learners about cultural knowledge, these are also not conducive to the students to master the Chinese language communicative expression.This paper focuses on the practical principle of the compilation of teaching materials to improve the oral preparation of teaching materials. Based on the recommends of this textbook for teachers and students, this paper proposed a number of recommendations. On words of the oral teaching part, we should control the number of words in the oral teaching, and arrange the words reasonably, add the communicative words which are used in contemporary life. In the part of the text, we should think of the learner’s view, fully restore the real communication scenarios, ensure the practicability of dialogue design. Project scheduling of some of the syntax, we should add some sentences to assist learners to increase understanding of the syntax projects, while reducing some explains which are too complicated to explain, provide a real context. Practice after school,we should increase the diversity of practice, help students to express their imagination, develop students’ ability to think logically, help them master the syntax project, have more multi-session communicative expression exercises to simulate the real communicative situation, make sure to enhance the real communicative competence of learns. We need to focus on a combination of cultural knowledge and language speaking and cultural knowledge, to introduce traditional Chinese culture, and to pay attention to the idiom saying at the same time, we also pay attention to join the national characteristics and the culture of the Chinese expression, and to ensure that the knowledge and the progressive expression. We hope that they can provide some help for the future Intermediate Oral compilation of teaching materials. The article concluded by noting that the study still have some limitations, I hope to further explore in future learning.
