In recent years, with the development of Chinese enterprises, Chinese spoken language teaching material is becoming more and more attention. But the quantity of Chinese spoken language teaching material is not proportional to the quality. So the spoken language teaching material practice research is more urgent.Based on the "road", "Elementary Spoken Chinese", "Oral communication in Chinese", the object of this paper is to reflect the characteristics of oral Chinese teaching material by using the statistics and classification. Find out its characteristics in the topic setting, analysis the communicative functions of each topic and achieve the teaching purpose, in order to find out what kind of practice topic is more in line with the characteristics of spoken language teaching material, and more advantageous to achieve the goal of oral Chinese teaching to cultivate the oral communication ability.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, investigate the practice topic for three sets of textbooks. Thesis is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter is introduction, introduced the selected topic significance, the related dynamic; The second chapter is research method, this chapter introduces the research purposes, research objects, research methods and research process; The third chapter is on the investigation to the "road" practice topic; The fourth chapter is on the "Elementary Spoken Chinese" practice topic of the study; The fifth chapter is about the "Oral communication in Chinese" practice topic of the inspection; The sixth chapter is comparative analysis of three sets of textbooks; The seventh chapter is conclusion and limitations of this article.This article divides the exercises of three sets of textbooks into Excel spreadsheet. On this basis, summed up the three sets of teaching materials in such aspects as topic, topic quantity, expressive features, and compares them from different angles on the three sets of teaching materials and analysis. Finally, summed up the conclusions, this paper discusses some problems and revelations of the primary spoken language teaching material practice topic, and write some suggestions to put forward for the elementary Chinese spoken language teaching material.
