Russian Prime Newsletter Chapters And Chapters Build Constitute Construction Method

This thesis is entitled "A Study of Discourse Construction and Methods of Newsletters in Russian Newspaper", which is based on Solganik’s discourse rhetoric and focuses on the study of stylistic features which are employed by the newsletter columns of politics in Russian Newspaper. In this research, the targeted newsletter samples are to be separated into sentences, paragraphs and fragments, which are regarded as the analyzed units. On the basis of the conducted analysis, link methods of brief news are to be induced—chain-link method, parallel-link method and compound-link method; then, the structure genre and methods of newsletters are to be summed up.The thesis can be divided into three parts.The first part:introduction. This part generally introduces the research background, research objects as well as the significance of the paper.The second part is the main body. It consists of four chapters:Chapter one discusses the critical review of the discourse construction in the newsletter. It mainly summarizes the research status concerned with this issue at home and abroad.Chapter two discusses the theoretical basis of the study of discourse construction in the newsletter and summarizes the discourse rhetoric theory with particular concern to the discourse rhetoric theory proposed by Solganik, which is the theoretical basis of my thesis.The third chapter discusses the elements and characteristics of the discourse construction in Russian newsletter. Based on the discourse rhetoric theory of Solganik, this part has an overall analysis of the discourse elements (sentences and paragraphs) and characteristics of the Russian newsletter.The fourth chapter discusses the construction method of the discourse in the Russian newsletter. Special emphasis will be put on the analysis of the correspondent relations in the sentences as well as those in the paragraphs. Applying the chain-link method, parallel-link method and compound-link method, the study summarizes the connective rules, methods of the elements in a discourse so as to study the overall characteristic of the newsletter discourse.The third part is the conclusion. It has a conclusion of the thesis and points out the research results and its value.
