Policies To Promote The Development Of Animation Industry In Tibet

Animation industry is one of the cultural industry and new industries,has been hailed as a "core industries in the21st century knowledgeeconomy", is the IT industry and one of the most promising industry. Therapid development of animation industry has brought about in thefundamental change strategic structure of the global economy. Therefore,many countries choose animation, the emerging industry, to improve thecountry’s cultural soft power. The unique function of cultural transmissioncreated the rare historical opportunity for the economic development ofTibet in the new century.Culture is the soul of a nation.culture all constuction is the essentialpart of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the key area of "Five inone". Cartoon culture is an important component of cultural construction,with the rapid development of Chinese animation industry and theanimation industry "five-year plan", issued by animation industry,regional unprecedented attention.Tibet because of its rich historical andcultural resources, has attracted the most attention from the creators oforiginal animation. Central and regional governments attach greatimportance to the development of Tibetan culture by foster if policy andproviding financial support. Since Tibet animation is only developedrecently no production or technology has been developed.Lack of specialanimation development policies results in the embarrassment in Tibet animation,that is,rich resources,but no products, or industry.At present, the domestic and foreign scholars have done sometheoretical research in animation industry policy, and have achievedfruitful results. But after a thorough analysis, it is not difficult to find thatour country animation industry theory is mostly based on the culturalindustry policy theory.Studies of cartoon development policy in Tibet arefew. Therefore, this paper, by investigating the current situation of thedevelopment and policy of Tibet animation, analyzes the current maindefect of cartoon development policy in Tibet. By comparing theanimation industry policy in Japan, the United States, and Inner Mongolia,this paper puts forward suggestions on the development of Tibetanimation.
