Since half century ago, the planed, passed by and exhibited "National Road Economy"is already presented as a ’developing’ spectacular in contemporary China, it is beingdeveloped a unique visual and displaying culture around the national roads. Theground-bound dream and reality leaded by the national road is not only embodied ineconomical development in the capital accumulation and brought out relevant culturalphenomenon and constitution. Culture on display and constitutions cover any aspectsof our daily life, and transform their form and size according to proceeding. However,in such procedure, the individual lost its independence in any constitution. Thisresearch is defined as a social engagement strategy, and the developmentalism ascontext, Chinese urbanization at present as subjective matter，to explore a relevantpositive practical strategy.
