Such as:swill-cooked dirty oil, lean meat powder, melamine-tainted formula milk powder, Sudan red, doctor-patient disputes and so on.Marxist theory considers that the human nature is determined by its social attributes. It is a dialectical unity of sociality and spirituality and it emphasizes the relationship between man and society. It is true that people can distinguish with animals, because human society is inseparable. If there is no "society", there’s no so-called "people". However, man is the wisest of all creatures. All the creatures are basis while man is a branch of it. So firstly man is an animal, then the human being. People have emotions and desires which really exist in human nature. If we ignore the existence of these factors, it will have considerable negative effects on people’s development or the society as a whole. But human nature is not static; it can be guided through education.First, the article explains its significance, makes a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature research status at home and aboard, defines important concepts and put forward the research methods and writing ideas.
