From the historical development of the brand, the brand continuously perfect rhythm leads to copycat, social phenomenon analysis. Using confusion means of copycat brand theory of visual perception and brand design principle, enumerated the copycat brands. Between now and copycat has not brand and underground imitators of the contest, but between the brand and the brand competition. The epoch of imitation and imitation boundaries increasingly blurred, the development of Internet technology and network technology to the inseparable. Copycat in a flagrant way beyond the intellectual property rights, seriously affected the fairness of the consumer market.
