Many cross-cultural experiences can offer more ways tosolve the problem for the volunteers when they face of pressure. They would have more choicesto reduce the difficulty, to adapt the new environment by the way of workarounds. Fourthly, thepsychological expectations. Psychological expectations as in the whole cross-cultural adaptationprocess starting position for the main anticipation of the new environment.
