From the group of members, Chinese volunteers are composed ofgraduates and postgraduate students. Many of them just have left school, and then have gone toabroad for teaching Chinese. Therefore, to research short cross-cultural adaptation has itspractical necessity and long-term significance.According to analysis, the author found that short cross-cultural adaptations have somemain factors as follows: Firstly, the training before leaving. Its quality not only impact on theearly host life you live in, but also play an important role in the future life and teaching.Secondly, the teaching tasks. To own a specific teaching task is one of the characteristics ofimmigrants and sojourner. They would have more choicesto reduce the difficulty, to adapt the new environment by the way of workarounds. Fourthly, thepsychological expectations. Psychological expectations as in the whole cross-cultural adaptationprocess starting position for the main anticipation of the new environment. Applicants shouldincrease professional background considerations; In the processing of training, they should bearranged lessons and content; especially prominent theoretical knowledge with practicalexperience, enhance the effectiveness and pertinence for volunteer; Addition, you should alsogradually change the traditional training model, set up training institutions host countries in therespective. Second, from the perspective of self-construction volunteers, the volunteers should establish an objective, stable psychological expectations, have a ready to meet the pressure foradapting to psychological preparation; while to master accumulation of Chinese knowledge andteaching skills are also a cornerstone of volunteers to complete the task of teaching; Except, volunteers should also learn to build normal relationships by their minds, to create a goodenvironment for the communication of their lives in a foreign country.
