| As the descendants of the Shaanxi and Gansu Hui people in china,Tongan people has a strong national consciousness, and has amazing keepers of traditional Chinese culture. State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office hopes to attract Tonggan people study Chinese and disseminate Chinese culture through scholarship. So far, the project has been running for nearly a year, no one has been investigated deeply to the state council overseas Chinese central Asia scholarship, this study attempts to investigate and research on this new project, summarize the experiences of the project, ask questions, in order to promote the healthy development of the project and make a contribution.The chapter one clarifies the meaning of the thesis and states Domestic Research Status and research methods of this thesis. The chapter two provides an overview of the general situation of Shaanxi Normal University, International School of Chinese Studies, including faculty, teaching facilities. The chapter three introduced the overview and implementation of the Central Asian-Chinese scholarship by State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, including student placement, the teaching materials, teachers and accommodation situation. Chapter four the writer interviewed to get the information of the scholarships, to understand some of the specific performance of students in the class, including job completion, class mood, attendance. And Central Asian ethnic Chinese scholarship students of the International School of Chinese Studies of the survey, including questionnaire design, implementation, and statistical analysis of the survey results. The chapter five summarizes the problems student with scholarship.
