Wang Wei’s poetry is natural, ethereal, delicate, vigorous, elegant, and respected for posterity. Thus, Zhao Diancheng called his poetry "really fun filled, jettisoned the mundane, elegant but not flashy, bright but not exaggerated". Wang Wei as "the perfect embodiment of the Tang culture", we analysis of his poetry, to interpret his works, can see the style of the Tang Dynasty poetry, also contributed to the Tang Pastoral poetry. Recent scholars research concentrates on his artistic features, the painting techniques of the art of poetry, aesthetics, ecology, and ideological characteristics angle, few comprehensive grasp of Wang Wei multiple ideological and poetic images relationship from the point of view of the poetic image. Thus this article will be research around the poetry, its major natural imagery in poetry as a starting point, put Wang Wei into the world of the poetic text, focus on the imagery of "empty mountains","lonely forest","breeze","cloud","moon","water". To accurately grasp the diverse thought of Wang Wei influence on the selection of images. The article is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction. First expounded the study of the origin and Poem Research, analyzed in Poem of the image of the current situation, followed by interpretation of the meaning of the imagery, and pointed out that the role of the image of the specified imagery with a strong personal touch, the poet’s personal style depends on whether it has self-image groups.
