"Restatement of the Myth", led by the mainstream writers in the new century, was an expansion of the vast space of the "reconstruction classic". It is an aesthetic phenomenon as well as also an aesthetic adventure, and fully embodies the diverse aesthetic qualities of the modern Chinese fiction creation.This paper is divided into three parts, that is, introduction, body and conclusion.The introduction part, the author distinguishes the similarities and differences between the mythological works in Chinese modern restatement and those in the new century. Meanwhile, by analyzing the research status made already, finding out the problems and defects existing in the research based on the criticism, so as to make a point of this article, and clarified the attitude in this paper, that is,"Restatement of the Myth" in the new century has its own rationality and necessity.The first chapter, discussing from mythology, ecology and folk culture, analyses the aesthetic superiority of "Restatement of the Myth". All the analysis of the theme, the narrative way, the new way in expressing, the emotions have clearly indicated it has been influenced by the myth, the ecological literature and folk culture. Mythical thinking in majestic, magnificent, and beautiful unsurpassed all inspires the aesthetic feelings of modern writers. The ecological consciousness and humanistic care in ecological aesthetics inspired life suffering, humanistic spirit of compassion, cultural nostalgia, nostalgia, and the reality of human attention, and ultimate care off task demands. Free forthright and sincere, powerful and unconstrained style in folk culture created a vast space for expression.The second chapter discusses three aesthetic narrative strategies in "Restatement of the Myth":"mirror" narrative, defamiliarization narrative and poetic narrative. The most urgent task of "Restatement of the Myth" is to prove its feasibility and importance, and unique narrative strategy is the magic to survive. I try to generalize the following three points:by the intersexuality and ugliness reversible narrative formed the "mirror image" narrative, defamiliarization and poetic narrative. They are combination of Chinese and western traditional narrative techniques, produced a new aesthetic effect in the new application. The third chapter discusses the aesthetic significance of the "Restatement myth". It expresses their moral, through the myths and legends, and carries forward the outstanding folk literature lying in the cultural spirit. It shows a strong attachment, but not blindly maintenance and superstition. Trying to build up its own art space as well as actively seeking dialogues with the modern media and consumer market, it is back into the literary horizons of the new century with a compatible composed yet serious literary attitude. It contains the reflections on the ecological problems, the social forms of folk, history, gender discourse, traditional culture, and has dialogues with humanity; encouraging people to overcome their own demons, with healthy spiritual power to purify polluted the world. All these have profound contemporary aesthetic significance.Epilogue part, the author reaffirms the value and significance of "Restatement myth". It practices by way of writing, theme, aesthetic Angle of view for the new century literature to provide a new revelation. We should give it more comprehensive and in-depth, to maintain their vitality, to inject fresh blood in the new century literature. The creative way, the theme, the aesthetic perspective enlightenments a new revelation of the new century literature.
