Shan Dong Province has long renowned for its scenic mountains and rivers. Tourism inShan Dong, themed as “One Mountain, One River and One Master” promote the development ofthe economy, culture and society nowadays. Dating back to the Tang Dynasty, innumerouswriters paid visits here, Li Bai and Du Fu leaving perpetual masterpieces. The topic of the paperis “Tourism of Shan Dong Province in Tang Dynasty”. The connotation of tourism resources andits culture effect within Shan Dong Province will be addressed through analysis and research.This paper first talks about the tourism resources, tourists, tourism facilities in Shan DongProvince, from which analyze the unique cultural tourism area. The significance of the culturaldevelopment in Shan Dong during Tang Dynasty is addressed by the analysis of the connotationof tourism resources and tourists, mainly scholars.The first chapter discusses about the attractiveness of Shan Dong tourism area. Theattractiveness of entertainment and culture, tourism resources and its connotations in Qi Zhou,Mi Zhou, Yan Zhou and Zi Qing area, transport on land and at sea and tourism facilities such asaccommodation will be discussed at first and them summarize the attractive for visitors,physically and psychologically.The second chapter talks about tourist in Shan Dong. The actions and behavior of thosetourists, mainly scholars, will be discussed first and then summarize the features of long tourismtime, various form and activities aimed at learning, sightseeing and culture exchange.The third chapter is to summarize the layout in Shan Dong tourism area. After analyzing theculture and scholars in different areas in the first chapter, we can summarize three uniquetourism areas in Shan Dong: Buddha tourism area centered on Qing Qi area and based on Zensect, Pure-land sect and Fahua sect; religious tourism area from seaside to mainland consisted ofthe Taoism sacrifice culture in Mount Tai and Taoism Maoshan sect culture in Mount Lao andthe Taoism god culture in Mount Kunyu; Mount Tai tourism area based on Mount Tai, Ling Yantemple and Dai Yue temple mixed by Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism.The fourth chapter summarizes the two-way influence between tourism and culture in ShanDong. On the one hand, tourism promotes the culture quality and tea culture. On the other hand,the profound culture in Shan Dong maintains the perpetual vigor of the tourism. A large number of scholars came to Shan Dong and wrote many masterpieces in Ming and Qing Dynasty whichwas not subjected to war and the decline of ecological system and many other issues.
