There exist significant differences between Mongolian and Han College students on the whole picture. Except for individual factors such as obsessive-compulsive disorders symptoms, horror and mental diseases, other factors including summarization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and stubborn all showed remarkable differences. Notably, those college students from Inner Mongolia access higher average marks on hostility factor compared with their Han counterparts.2.In respect of life events of the targets students, the independent-samples T test values t=3.099, the significance probability of the two-sided test P=0.002<0.05. There exist significant differences between Mongolian and Han College students on the whole picture. On the factors of parents lost adaptation and health adaptation, there were no statistical significance; however, the Mongolian students again reached a much higher score on factors including interpersonal relationship, academic stress and punishment acceptance.3.In respect of psychological capital of the targets students, students of Mongolia ethic differs largely from Han students on the total points of Local Psychological Capital Scale after analyzing the independent-samples T test. Respectively speaking, no traceable differences can be detected on determinations and indomitable factors; psychological capital factors such as optimism, self-confidence, courage, tolerance and enterprise were performed slightly better on the Han student sides and much better on factors of modesty, sincerity, grateful, dedication, courtesy and interpersonal relationships.4.Interpersonal relationship, academic stress, punishment acceptance, parents lost adaptation and health adaptation on respect of life events have showed positive correlations with SCL-90total points and other nine factors; enterprise psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital have showed evident negative correlations with SCL-90total points and other nine factors.5.A multivariate regression analysis has made it clear that health adaptation, parents lost adaptation and interpersonal psychological capital could have some predictive effect on mental health.
