Mental health is an important aspect of a physical and mental health and overall quality of one of the Mental Health Management is an important part of college students management, strengthening psychological health management, improving the quality of students' psychological, not only during their life in institutions of higher learning aspects of development of great significance also extremely important for them to serve their country and improve the overall quality of the country next generation of talents after graduation, and this is also building a harmonious society of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Continue to strengthen the management of Mental Health is the new century, fully implement the party's principles, the implementation of an important means of students 'quality management, but also an important measure to promote students'overall development.
