Fukuyama’s The End of History is one of the last century’s most controversial post-Cold War trend,reflections caused countless scholars, making it a hot topic of disc-ussion twenty-first century political philosophy and philosophy of history. However,Fukuyama’s theory has many weaknesses and fatal flaws,one of the important reason forthese weaknesses and shortcomings is that Fukuyama is constructed philosophicalfoundation of the building unstable and even crumbling,and hopeless.His theory deri-ved from Hegel and Kojeve.He inherited Christianity, Kant, Hegel on the history ofphilosophy in particular historical cycle theory, the important thought of the end ofhistory.In order to establish his own system of thought.He believer that the advantagesof liberalism is that it can solve the legitimacy. Fukuyama struggle to be recognized asartificially established on the basis of his theory of world history in general.His The EndOf History theory is based on the following three points as the pillar:First,westernliberal democracy and freedom system is by far the highest form of government; sec-ond, after the Cold War, this system has been overcome its two biggest rivals, won thefinal victory; third, philosophical sense ideological debate has ended, the world historyat the end of the capitalist,at the end of Liberal democracy.
