Liang Qi-chao is one of great masters who are rich of experiences and Knowledgein the modern history of China. He is also a first person who introduced Marx’s socialistideology to Chinese. Chinese social surrounding was turbulent at the time of the Westlearning landing the East. Traditional Confucianism thoughts such as “people-oriented”and “Confucian classics” which was expressed by Liang Qi-chao is different from thewestern ideology of democracy, science which was expressed by Marx. The reality ofChinese history makes the country choose Marxism and continues today. This articlestudy the course that Liang Qi-chao did vigorous action to propagate Marxism at first inorder to lead to the Liang’s view on socialism. I present the deep implication of Chineseancient civilization rejection Marxism. It identifies the source of Marxism in China andmakes a great theoretical and realistic significance for Chinese historical trend. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. It illustratesthe purpose, significance of the topic and research the situation at home and abroad. Inthe second part, I describe the early spread of Marxist ideology by Liang Qi-chao,centralize data and sort the whole process of spread of Marxist ideology. I use"propaganda-suspect-against" three-tier progressive thinking to described mythoughts. In the third part, I compare Chinese ancient civilization to Marxism on theaspects of class issues, land issues, industry issues and analyze the reason why LiangQi-chao rejected Marxism. In the forth part which is the focus of this article, I presentthe deep implication of Chinese ancient civilization rejection Marxism. Liang qi-chaoadvocated national organism unity and grew to sun Yat-sen’s "nation, civil rights, thepeople’s livelihood". But Marx advocated is how to create free all-round development ofthe real condition of people and how to realize people’s real exist under the principle ofdemocracy. The fifth part which is the conclusion of this article, my presentation focuson the decline of traditional Confucianism and the theme of Marxism which saved China. This paper holds that Liang qi-chao understood Chinese learning from the nationalculture of ancient Chinese academic features. He thought Chinese traditional learningwas a thought which has certain academic value and cultural value of the nationalism.Traditional Chinese thought is mainly reflected in this three aspects:"country" standardof Chinese traditional learning of Confucian thought, people-oriented thoughts of theConfucian culture and value concept of Confucian classics national salvation. But onthe contrary, Marxist socialism can keep pace with the Times of modernity. Such asocial system which Marx advocated not only gives the citizens’ political rights, but alsoreveals the western democratic political freedom. At the same time,it is also a kind ofeffort to play its value of science. Although Marx’s socialist ideology has saved the fateof modern China, but Liang’s Chinese traditional learning which has the historicalsignificance is indelible.
