Since the Industrial Revolution, ocean that covers71%area in earth gradually attracts eyes of the whole-world. Land-expanded developing from land to ocean has become a main tendency, China is also not a exception. As for China, the chief territory-politics contradictions and threatens basically concentrate on sea problems, There is a saying goes,"No oceanic rights, no country’s future" that is to say, as a fast developing, country, it’s necessary to struggle for oceanic rights. From the angle of territory-strategy, broad sea possesses uncountable strategic meanings and values for country security. Ocean seems like a life-line which provides passage and shelter for whole country as well as owing strategic meanings. This passage will be studied and researched from the angle of the meaning of oceanic-territory strategy.The main points that we’ll focus on are as follows. Second, giving a detailed explanation of the current situation of Chinese thalassocracy and the existing problems with an analysis, which involves the delimitation of ocean, sovereignty dispute, looted Marine resources, the potential threats of Chinese ocean shipping line, the grim situation of Marine safety and the strategic containment from other countries through ocean, etc. And all these problems are from a comprehensive geopolitical strategy point of view, reflecting the comprehensive and systematic method of the geopolitical strategy research about Chinese thalassocracy. Third, it talks about many aspects to have a deep understanding of the huge challenge facing Chinese thalassocracy, such as the weak power of Chinese air naval, the perfected system of protecting the rights and interests of ocean, the strategic containment from some big countries to China and the covetousness of some neighboring countries to Chinese abundant sea resources. Finally, this article uses a Geopolitical strategy comprehensive view to provide a series of proposals for the Chinese thalassocracy strategic structure, including the harmonious geopolitical strategy, the cooperative geopolitical and economic strategic, culture geopolitical strategic, innovative science and technology strategy and equilibrious geopolitical security strategy and so on.To solve the problems of Chinese thalassocracy and ensure the peace of the Chinese waters is a complicated engineering system, which involves many aspects of the interests of different countries and needs many generations’wisdom and effort as well as the comprehensive consideration from different levels and aspects.
