With the development in economy and society of china, more and morepopulation of minority groups are migrating to the urban area and formedmultinational community which contains ethnic members and local citizens. Owing tothe differences in language, religion, and custom occurred among ethnic groups andhysteresis in management of multinational communities, minority groups encounteredso many problems during they adapting the city life. Among these, minority groupshave the character of decentralization and fluidity, and also exists disparity ineducational background, living style, and values comparing to other communitymembers, all these problems bring difficulty to the community management, so it isurgent for us to solve the management problem.This essay focus on the above situation and by means of literary research as wellas supported by some related theories including national equality, new publicmanagement, community conflict, social interaction, and so on, conducting analysison the management pattern of Feng Yang district in Guang Zhou from many aspects.This passage also point out what we can learn from the example of Canada throughthe analysis of advantage in Canadian migrating community and the differencebetween the two different management pattern in two countries. As a result, the essayput forward some new countermeasures and suggestions of multinational communitymanagement.
