The relationship between man and nature is the eternal theme of humanity. The ContemporaryWorld vandalism worsening ecological environment, and the deterioration of the ecologicalenvironment, in turn, threatens the survival of mankind. We need to reflect on our own way oflife, to reflect on the relationship between man and nature. Therefore, this article is committed tothe study of Marx’s view of nature, trying to find the key to solve the contemporary ecologicalproblems, and to provide intellectual support for the construction of ecological civilization inChina today. In this thesis, the writer uses the method of combination of history and logic, the method ofliterature reading. By combing, the writer thinks Marx gradually constructed his own view ofnature Based on the criticism against Hegel’s objective idealism view of nature and Phil Bach’shumanistic view of nature. Its formation and development generally experienced three phases: theearly pregnant bud period, the middle period of construction and the later “Das Capital” period ofenhancement. The philosophical paradigm shift realized in Marx’s view of nature is mainlyreflected in: he criticized the way that the idealism and old materialism separated the practice andabstract the nature. Instead, he confirmed the practice is the basis of differentiation and unitybetween the primitive nature and humanized nature, the world is the one unified by human andnature, and discarded the dualism between human and nature. Marx’s view of nature play animportant role in the whole Marxist theory, which laid the cornerstone of historical materialism, constituted the basis of the law of surplus value and further enriched the theory of communism. There are two basic features in Marx’s view of nature: First, it’s based on the outlook ofscientific practice. Second, the dialectics run through the view. As Marx acknowledged the toppriority of external nature, he looked at the unified nature on the position of human labor. Natureunder such a slight is the one of human, history and anthropology. The ideology of “naturalconditions of production” and “transformation of materials” further improve and deepen Marx’sview of nature. The harmony between human and nature emphasized by Marx’s view of nature containsimportant ecological significance. Therefore, it has a great theoretical value in solving theproblems of contemporary human ecological environment and providing methodological guidanceon having a correct understanding of the relationship between human and nature, the correct valueorientation for contemporary humanizing nature. The report of seventeenth party congress has putforward the construction of ecological civilization must be integrated into the goal of building amoderately prosperous society. The party’s eighteenth report also made on the construction ofecological civilization further deployment, proposed the construction of a Beautiful China. Richecological thinking in Marx’s view of nature ought to be put into practice in many aspects ofchina’s ecological civilization construction.
