At present, China is in the transition stage of social development, all aspects are notmature, full of variables and instability, have also gradually increase in violent crime is theschool campus, which not only brings trouble to primary and secondary school students, butalso caused a serious impact on social security. This article is based on this background, toresearch the problem of attribution of campus violence in primary and secondary schools andprevention mechanism. This paper summarizes the literatures, extracted15involving most ofthe campus violence in primary and secondary schools from the influence factor, establishesthe evaluation index system, formed the basis of the questionnaire survey. On this basis, thispaper conducted a questionnaire survey in Haidian District on the6schools of Beijing City,which sends out350questionnaires,305questionnaires were recovered, the recovery rate is87.14%. The recovery of the questionnaire data statistics and analysis, carries on the analysisto the questionnaire by using the method of factor analysis in SPSS19.0, find out the campusviolence in primary and secondary schools mainly, namely: school factors, family factors andsocial factors. At the same time, according to the statistical results, in-depth comparisonbetween the two nations in the prevention mechanism of campus, family and social aspects ofcampus violence in primary and secondary schools, find the problems currently existing inChina in these aspects. On the basis of comparative analysis, puts forward thecountermeasures to improve the Chinese primary and middle school violence crimeprevention mechanism: At the legislative level, stressed that the government shouldformulate special law, provides the system safeguard for school safety, and strengthen therole of the administrative departments of education in campus safety management, theestablishment of specialized agencies, the establishment of special funds for the managementof campus violence, to balance the educational resources, eliminate campus violence inprimary and secondary schools in; In the campus level, improve the management of campussafety, campus construction safety responsibility system. Carry out various kinds ofeducation, improve the quality of students, the campus safety responsibility, civil air defenseand combine the establishment of technical system; at the household level, optimizing familyeducation, the establishment of prevention of campus violence crime family line. To preventthe family violence, strengthen supervision of family of elementary and middle school students; At the social level, should improve the social and cultural management, launched anexcellent campus culture works, create a positive culture atmosphere, the classificationmanagement of network game, the film and television works, purified campus andsurrounding environment, scheduling social forces prevent school violence crime. This paperaims to analyze the research on investigation of violent crime attributed to school to findeffective prevention mechanism, formulating reasonable countermeasures to reference andthe reference value to the relevant departments.
