On Human Rights Marx

Based on classics of Karl Marx and the leading research results of current theory circle,contents of human right concept in classics written by Karl Marx in different periods were combedout and interpreted in this paper. Human right concept and content of Marxist underwent anunderstanding and developing process from the simple to the dialectic. In this paper, in thebackground of the intimate connection between human right and economy, politics, culture,according to the surpassing and criticisms on human right of the capitalist class, and after thechange of Marxist human rights concept from reason idealism to historical materialism, finallyachieve the development of everybody--the commanding height of human right of communistsociety, the basic connotation and characteristics of Marxist human rights were concluded on thebasis of previous studies. Marxist human rights which include openness, containment andhistoric were connected tightly to the Chinese characteristic socialist construction, and it had somereference to promote the construction of human right in China. Marxist human rights aredeveloping and opening scientific system, today, in the progress of modernization, we should keepstudying it. According to the thinking of Marxist human rights, we found that Karl Marx’s thoughtof human right was included in his keep exploring of liberation of mankind. According to thestudy on Marxist human rights concept and thought, we can grasp Marxist human rights thoughtand essence more systematic and fully, and we can set the direction of the sinicization of Marxisthuman rights thought, which has important instruction meaning on the development of humanright career in China.
