The connection between our daily lifeand the Internet is becoming closer and closer, such as shopping, query, making friends,looking for job, doing business, people can make them out easily by the internet. But thenetwork brings great convenience to people, at the same time, the phenomenon of violatingcitizens’ network privacy is also followed, such as, the illegal sale of other information inthe network, improper monitoring and control of personal Internet, etc. The network bringsconveniences and breeds the Internet privacy violations, while the people discussing onhow to make rational use of the network hotly, the events about " house-uncle ","house-sister " that occurred from the end of2012to the beginning of2013make a numberof corrupt officials dealt quickly because of the report of the network users. This kind ofcase make people focus on network’s function once again, and it seems that in addition tothe function of obtaining information in the life, the network has also become the "anti-corruption tool ", so legal colleagues should make further research to find the balancepoint between the maximum utilization of network tools and avoiding tort.As a master of law students, by writing this article, I expect to contribute my slenderforce to improve the legal protection of network privacy in the new situation. This papernot only reviews and studies the current legal system of Internet privacy in our country,and also presents some suggestions on the law protection of network privacy, hoping toplay a reference valuebe in improving our network privacy protection system.
