In this paper, with the perspective of cultural anthropology, the theory of culture change, change of state-owned forest farm workers in production and way of life. The author surveys Keyouzhong Qin Dai Tara Forest Farm Based on the life changes, staff in the production process, and the causes of the difficulties facing and discusses the countermeasures。 With the reform of the state-owned forest farm system, effect of alternative market and new and old culture, Qin Dai Tara farm workers’ lives have changed greatly. Such as:due to the change of forest management rights, forest workers to farmers and herdsmen, from planting trees to farm and sideline。The agricultural planting structure, from a variety of crops to economic crops; aspects of animal husbandry structure, from animal to small animal; in the income structure, from single wage income of the agriculture, animal husbandry, sideline income income income. While the leading role of wage economic sources in the gradual loss of, to the income of agriculture and animal husbandry as the dominant.The introduction, mainly introduces the reason for choosing the topic, research, research on the theory and research methods and significance. The first chapter, mainly introduces the general situation of the state-owned forest farms and Qin Dai Tara forest farm. The second chapter, analyzed the change of productive workers living way.
