Heilongjiang's state-owned forest area has China's valuable forest resources.In recent years,due to the high attention to the ecological environment,Heilongjiang's state-owned forest area has stopped cutting comprehensively.The employees in the state-owned forest area are facing great transformation pressure,and the number of laid-off workers has increased sharply.In addition,the production mode of the original forest area is relatively single,resulting in many difficult employees.Trade union assistance is an important entry point for improving and expanding people's livelihood,organizing participation and strengthening the practical work of the social security system.Trade union improvement and assistance to needy workers is an important embodiment of the party's ruling for the people.Taking the trade unions in Heilongjiang state-owned forest areas as the research object,this paper systematically studies how to help the workers in difficulty.Heilongjiang state-owned forest trade unions have achieved certain results in emergency assistance,student assistance,poverty assistance and work assistance.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient coverage of assistance,low quality of specialized teams,inadequate function play and so on.The reasons for these problems are the imperfect system construction,the insufficient construction of helping staff and workers,and the incompleteness of methods and methods.In view of the above problems and the causes,we should supplement and improve from the aspects of perfecting the system of assistance work,strengthening the construction of staff team and enriching the forms of assistance work,so as to strengthen the role of trade unions in Heilongjiang state-owned forest areas in assisting workers in need.
