United Front Theory And Practice Of Community Social Innovation Perspective Management

The united front is one of the three magic weapons of the Communist Party ofChina. With the transforming of social management from unit-based tocommunity-based system, therefore, the community united front make a greatsignificance in consolidating the Party’s united front. This paper starting from theresearch condition of community united front and analyze rationality of traditionalcommunity united front theory and his development, and try to analyze communityunited front from the perspective of social administration innovation and explore theopportunities and challenges of the community united front from the social capitaland social governance theory, at last, author try to promoting community unitedfront on the basis of condition of KANG JIAN Community united front.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces theories ofcommunity united front, expounding the basic concepts and the history of thecommunity and community united front and making a brief description on therelationship between community united front and the Party’s construction, betweencommunity united front and community administration.The second part is the main part of this paper. This part discusses theopportunities and challenges of the community united front from the perspective ofsocial administration innovation. Firstly, this part describes the pattern andfoundational work of social administration innovation. Then, this part analyzes therelationship between the community united front and the social capital and socialgovernance theory. Finally, this part explains the opportunity and challenge ofcommunity united front starting from these most closely factors.The third part puts forward countermeasures，this part explore the theoreticaland practical innovation of community united front on the basis of socialadministration innovation，the author make an investigation to KANGJIANcommunity，This part is based on the analysis of the subjects, objects, institutionsand mechanisms of community united front, discuss the current problems ofcommunity united front on the focus of KANGLE project. This paper attempts to promote the development of community united frontfrom the view of the innovation. The author think that only adhere to thepeople-oriented value and social administration innovation spirit, we will make thecommunity united front theory innovation. Only from promoting gridding,socialization and long-acting, we can achieve practical innovation of communityunited front.
