The Research Of United Front Work In Urban Community Governance

The united front is an important magic weapon for the success of the party's cause,and must be persisted for a long time.In the new era,it is becoming more and more important.With the increasing complexity and diversity of the community structure,the extension of the community is expanding.The working objects,working methods and work focus of the community united front have also changed greatly.This paper aims to explore the community governance needs to promote the development of the united front work,as an important element of a good through multiple social forces of united front work,can play in the community governance in a positive and unique role,and effective services to the community development,promote community harmony.Based on the theory of community governance and community united front theory,with the analysis of the subject of empirical research,interviews and other methods,and the practice of the united front work of Jing'anSi subdistrict committee in Jing'an district as an example,analysis and research work on the current situation of united front work,refine working strategy,analyze the existing problems,and puts forward the rationalization in order to make recommendations,inherit and developthe united front to promote the community better docking community governance requirements,inheritance and innovation,to provide some new ideas and methods for grass-roots practice.The research is made of four parts.The first part is the study of the current community united front object in the community.By analyzing the traditional united front targets,the key united front members of the community elites,and the emerging united front groups such as the new social strata,we analyze the current situation and trend of the united front.This paper argues that the current United Front work is gradually from the traditional sense of “community” to “community”,so the focus of the work should be focused and transfer characteristics of united front work widely inclusive and thus more new era,diversified talent power and intellectual resources to provide support for community governance.The second part is the research on the work strategy of the community united front in the street.By combining the practice,Jing'an district Jing'anSi subdistrict committee of the united front,the main means for the current united front work to construct the system and provide services,to build a platform,project operation and coordination strategy in five aspects,in the process of practice has played a very important role,but at the same time because of the change of the object of work,the working mechanism or methods meet the needs of the times and do not match the problem.The third part of the paper is the analysis of the obstacles and problems in the implementation of the current community united front.The objects of united front identity disorder,bureaucratic management and acceptance of the objects of united front obstacle,the united front work content and the obstacles to the development targets of the united front business,and found the mechanism behind the united front,executive consciousness or superior management thinking,work services do not match the problem is the main reason of the disorder.The fourth part is the countermeasures to optimize the work of the united front in the community.The pattern of "requirements of Party leadership,government responsibility,social coordination,public participation,legal protection of social governance,status of corresponding center city community and social person,the community united front to seek a combinationpoint and into the points in the four aspects of community construction,community autonomy,community groups and service enterprises that will further enhance the effectiveness of united front to participate in community governance.Thus,in this paper: community united front work to adapt to the new era and community governance needs to be adjusted in the traditional community united front is life based on the targets of the united front work of community,to further improve the broad sense of community united front work at the community united front work;to identify the main contradiction and key aspects of the current community the work of the united front,the community party building,community autonomy,community groups and service enterprises for binding and entry.
