With the wide spread of electronic information technology and the rise of the Internet, to promote the construction of e-government has become the focus of attention of Governments. E-government is not just a simple "e"+"government", it is a new administrative mode, not only led to administrative changes in the field, also had a significant impact on the field of administrative law. In this paper, the administrative legal issues in the process of implementation of e-government in China are analyzed, both macro-level administrative law concept of updating and expansion of the principles of administrative law, there are micro-level specific administrative legal issues, and through the introduction of foreign experience and consider the actual situation in China, to provide some ideas and suggestions to solve the issues of administrative law in advancing the process of e-government in China.
