Research On Strengthening Harmonious Society In Minority Areas Of Yunnan Ideological And Political Education Path

"Building a socialist harmonious society" is a great strategy proposed by theCPC Central Committee in accordance with the development requirements of newera and the characteristics of the times, the building of a harmonious society in theethnic minority areas of Yunnan is an important part of strategic task of building aharmonious society comprehensively. Building a harmonious society in the ethnicminority areas of Yunnan is not only related to the national unity and the nationalunity, but is also related to the full realization of the strategic goal of building asocialist harmonious society. The Ideological and Political Education is an importantmeans of building a socialist harmonious society, it can promote the development ofthe building of a harmonious society effectively. Due to the special circumstances,there are more complex obstacles in the work of building a harmonious society in theethnic minority areas of Yunnan. As to these obstacles,the Ideological and Politicaleducation can effectively reduce the adverse effects to the building of a harmonioussociety, so it is more important to play the positive role of the Ideological andPolitical education to the building of a harmonious society in the ethnic minorityareas of Yunnan.However, due to various objective and subjective reasons, the Ideological andPolitical education in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan still has some problems,these problems limit the Ideological and Political Education to play a role inpromoting the building of a harmonious society. Therefore it has important practicalsignificance to study the problems of the current Ideological and Political Educationin the ethnic minority areas of Yunnan and then take targeted measures tostrengthen the Ideological and Political Education in the ethnic minority areas ofYunnan.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part summarizes the erabackgrounds and the connotation of the strategy of "building a socialist harmonioussociety", and analyzes the important role of Ideological and Political Education tothe "Building a socialist harmonious society",especially to the building of a harmonious society in the ethnic minority areas of Yunnan. The second part brieflyreview the history and the successful experience of the Communist Party of China tocarry out the Ideological and Political Education in ethnic minority areas. The thirdpart studies the particularities of the ethnic minority areas of Yunnan, and analyzesthe problems of the current Ideological and Political Education in the ethnic minorityareas of Yunnan. In connection with the problems of the current Ideological andPolitical Education in the ethnic minority areas of Yunnan, the fourth part describesthe important significances of strengthening the Ideological and Political Educationin the ethnic minority areas of Yunnan and puts forward the guiding principles andspecific paths to strengthen the Ideological and Political Education in the ethnicminority areas of Yunnan.
