In the process of leading Soviet Russian socialist practice, the world’s first socialist country’s leader,Lenin formed and put forward the theory of peaceful coexistence, which contains the content that "fundamental starting point is the sovereignty and economic benefit of peaceful coexistence","the decisive force is economic competition","dynamic dialectics in the form of’to struggle for survival, to survival and development’", and "ultimate strategic aim is to accumulate material force against capitalism". Deng Xiaoping’s creative application of peaceful coexistence relied on the development of Lenin’s theory of peaceful coexistence, who raised the five principles for the establishment of a new international order, including the development of relations between States, inter-party relations and the settlement of international disputes and so on. Jiang Zemin’s new security concept also enriched the theory of peaceful coexistence. It set in the new comprehensive perception of security system which is comprised by "political security, economic security, national security, science and technology of information security" and the "eight-point proposal" that are new developments of Lenin’s theory of peaceful coexistence. Hu Jintao further developed the Lenin’s theory of peaceful coexistence and presented a concept which is called "construction of harmonious world". Because of his advocacy and practical efforts, the real relations of peaceful coexistence, local environment and international order are accelerated to form.
