After China’s accession to the WTO,with the development of global economic integration and consolidation,operation and management of the law of our country market has undergone great changes.Although this change, brings great challenge to our legal work, but created a rare opportunity but also for the development of Chinese lawyer industry. As more and more domestic enterprises to enter the foreign market, foreign affairs legal talents demand is increasing, the domestic enterprises, foreign enterprises abroad increased, these changes greatly encouraged by China’s legal market.In order to adapt to the legal globalization, China’s legislation, law enforcement will have great changes. Economic operation, legal management, government regulation and optimization mechanism will make our lawyer industry into a more perfect, more good practice environment.After joining WTO, our country also approved to allow foreign firms to China’s establishment and practice, foreign law firm lawyers can provide foreign legal service in china.In this way, our law firm has the opportunity to learn from foreign advanced management methods for the establishment of Chinese law firms, law firms to develop management mode, the development process more scientific, reasonable speed up Chinese lawyer industry.Because of the development time is not long, Lawyers in China’base is not firm, and the overall level of lawyer of the development in the national scope of uneven, law firm advanced management mode is still in the stage of exploration and experiment. China needs to accelerate the law firms to adapt to the new changes of the new situation, the pace, large construction scale, professional strong, internationalization, with foreign firms competing firms become the primary task.With the "Lawyers Law" revised and the "law firms and professional interest conflict review procedures","lawyer’s liability insurance measures","law firm compensation measures" introduced, need law firm management system modification and optimization.In this paper, from the analysis of China’s existing law firm common management advantages and disadvantages, further reveals the serious problems existing in the traditional management model, and analyze the innovation of new law firm management, help the sustainable development of hope to our country to develop national chain or global chain of law firms and lawyers in the field of management.The article is arranged into six parts:the first part is introduction, mainly introduces the basic framework of research purpose, significance, the thesis and the main research methods; this paper mainly use the experience summary method, descriptive research method, case study method, investigation and literature research on five methods, the law firm’s basic structure, organization system, management system and innovation measures for analysis, research.Hope to provide reference and help innovation management mode and the development of the law firm, through case law firm success research to relevant industry certain enlightenment; the second part lawyer and law firm management, through the elaboration of the firms in the establishment and development of our country, and summarizes our country present common law firm management mode; the third part states the main management pattern and the disadvantages of our law firm. Through to the present our country common law firm management mode analysis and elaboration, review of the development history, summarized the problems and shortcomings of the management model. Through the analysis of the organizational structure of law firm partnership management and corporation management, unreasonable salary design is not reasonable, the movement of large, poor brand effect and so on, the design is more reasonable management model. The lack of law firm, the lack of brand consciousness, the collective consciousness leads to the lack of talent flow and enterprise culture and so on question of new management mode;the fourth part of our company management overview about the concept of China’s new law firm management mode--half the company management model, analysis of the basic structure of the mode of advanced and the model; the fifth part describes and analyses the specific management module of our law firm half of settings, to analyze the half innovative companies management law firm from the four aspects of brand management,organization management and customer management,combined with the successful case of the four aspects of how to carry out the recommendations.Through the establishment of the brand, to retain talent, through the design of department management mechanism, to stabilize the position of law firms in the domestic firms in the form of organizational structure, reasonable design; through the design of their own characteristics, give full play to the advantage of law firm; the sixth part is the conclusion, this study concluded this management mode is feasible.
