According to the policy of governing the country according to law,with the establish of an oath system for the civil servant to the constitution,the law service enters a new stage.With rapid development,law firms face big challenges and good opportunities.The development of the Internet,many people understand the changes in legal provisions and legal provisions at any time.At the same time,with the emergence of the network of referees,the cases in various places are also available at any time.The traditional barriers to the construction of knowledge,relations and information have ceased to exist.Based on the increasingly fierce competition,the small and medium law firms mostly show the backward management concept,there is no system of service marketing system,which is difficult to meet the requirements of the present legal service market.This paper,based on the current popular entrepreneurial marketing,complemented the theory of effect logic,the theory of creative destruction and the theory of strategic management,and summed up the viewpoints of other scholars by consulting the literature review,and found the feasibility and problems of the views.According to the actual situation of Z law firm,the author systematically analyzes the present situation of service marketing in Z law firm,which has problems in management mode,team building,marketing channel and many other aspects.Through the analysis of the opportunities and challenges of the internal environmental advantages,disadvantages and external environment of Z law firm,the PEST and SWOT analysis methods are used to find out the reasons that advantages of the law firm cannot play and the opportunity is difficult to grasp.By summarizing the reform measures of the law firm,this analyzes the situation of the law firm by using the theory of effect logic and the theory of creative destruction,and puts forward that the Z law firm can create the needs of the service object by locking the service object,and then create the strategy of the new market.Finally,based on the entrepreneurial marketing theory and the traditional marketing theory,it puts forward the marketing strategy of the second venture.The main points of this study are as follows: by revealing the actual difficulties of small and medium law firms,using the theory of entrepreneurial marketing and the theory of effect logic and creative failure theory to carry out innovative attempts,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy of starting to lock the target customers firstand then improve the existing service.By combining the present legal service market with other service markets,this paper provides new marketing ideas for small and medium law firms to break away from the price competition and lower profit in civil litigation services by studying the legal service demand of the target customers,small and micro companies and the enterprise.
