The Red Cross is a social aid organization engaged in humanitarian work, two basic properties of the nature of the Red Cross, one is social assistance as the main task, and two is the relief activities for community action. As a community, capacity of Red Cross relief strength depends on the mobilization of social resources, financing ability. Can say, fund raising is the survival and development of the security, is the premise of practice organization concept, performing organization function.However, in the current rapid development of the market economy today, the Red Cross Society at all levels in the financing process is gradually exposed, such as financing channels to rely too much on the support of the government, the lack of professional personnel, financing mechanism in lack of credibility "financing difficult" problem, has seriously hindered the development of the cause, the urgent need to broaden the new concept and new the field of financing.The Red Cross financing problem as the research object, based on the related literature and research results, the Red Cross funding environment, present situation, existing problems are analyzed and studied, the financing mechanism is not perfect, the Red Cross and the construction of regulatory oversight, funding is not strong professional and other factors is the main the cause of "financing difficult", and financing mechanism from the Red Cross, the Red Cross to improve capacity building, and puts forward some suggestions to optimize financing resources integration.Finally, combined with the Chinese Red Cross foundation financing experience, through the typical financing project introduction, it summarizes the successful fund-raising experience, in order to provide reference and reference on the financing work.
