In facing to solving the city alone and employment difficulties, it is difficult for farmers to adapt to urban life; Moreover, the farmers of the harmonious development in the rural community is a part of harmonious social and spiritual civilization, is of great significance for building a moderately prosperous society and a harmonious society.In this paper, based on the Wuxi in southern Jiangsu, Exploring and researching on the villages community as a type of resettlement communities. As everyone knows, the typical characteristics of the resettlement community in Wuxi is double replacement, which are the land contracting right transferring to Urban social security and town houses replacing rural houses.Although the South of Jiangsu is an earlier area carrying out the "three concentration" policy, and economy is relatively fast developed, but residents in the resettlement community are facing problems,such as:employment problems, crisis of identity, new and old culture conflict, trust declined, these problems bring some difficulties to the construction of a harmonious community. Through the investigation of Villages community in Wuxi, we can find some common problems existing in the community. In order to further enhance the research, the author chooses the human capital theory of Schultz analyzing the employment problem, analyzing resident identity crisis with Bidden and Bauman’s identity theory, analyzing conflict between new and old culture of residents with subculture theory, and analyzing residents’ trust problem with the theory of trust by Leman. At the same time, in order to enhance the accuracy of research, the author uses case in-depth interviews, direct participant observation method, theory and practice combination means, seeking truth from facts, and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures. At the same time, the author also hopes that this paper can provide some theoretical reference to the healthy development of resettlement community.
