Legal Protection Of Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers Labor Arbitration

With the rapid development of our society and economy, thetraditional labor relationships are more and more complex. A single individualdispute might lead to a mass social problem. China’s labor dispute settlementmechanism has experienced more legislation, and can basically meet theneed of social and economical development. But in the protection of migrantworkers’(the peasant workers) rights, there still exists many problems. Migrantworkers play an important part in our construction, but it is hard for them toprotect themselves if any dispute arises. So in this paper, the author discussesthe characteristics of the labor arbitration of China, the differences between thelabor arbitration of China and some other western countries. The author alsopoints out the status quo of the labor arbitration of China, and puts forwardsome suggestions on improving the arbitration.
