Research On The Protection Of Labor Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers In Guizhou Province

The group of "migrant workers" has played a huge role in China's rapid economic development.According to statistics,in 2018,the number of migrant workers has exceeded 300 million.Although the number is huge,in recent years,the number of migrant workers shows a downward trend.In addition to the state's support for rural economic development and encouraging farmers to return to their hometown for employment,the main reason why migrant workers leave the city is that their rights and interests in urban work cannot be effectively guaranteed.Urban development cannot be separated from migrant workers,and the development of China cannot be separated from migrant workers.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the protection of migrant workers' labor rights and interests.Scholars have studied the labor rights and interests of migrant workers for many years,but most of them are based on the whole country,or specifically study a city,a province.This paper studies the labor rights and interests of migrant workers in the whole western region from the regional perspective.Because of the long history of industrial development in the East,the quality and ability of enterprises,governments and migrant workers themselves,the security system is more perfect than that in the West.Based on the research methods of offering research,systematic analysis and interdisciplinary research,combined with the theories related to labor rights and interests,this paper studies the labor rights and interests protection of migrant workers in the west of China,analyzes the causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The author thinks that the study of the problem of migrant workers in the western region is very meaningful.Our country is currently building a belt along the way,and there are many provinces in the western region in this economic belt.In addition,the main task of our country is to fight against poverty.To solve the problems in the West and the rights and interests of migrant workers is a very important issue.I believe that through the improvement of national laws and local regulations,as well as the attention of local enterprises to the labor rights and interests of migrant workers,the labor rights and interests of migrant workers are effectively guaranteed,so that migrant workers can get a sense of happiness,satisfaction and belonging in the city.
