Migrant workers is a product under the binary household registration system in China, on the household register is a farmer, the profession is a worker, they work hard in cities, but can not get due reward. In recent years, rural migrant workers unpaid problems become the focus of attention, especially during the Spring Festival approaching,migrant workers will become the focus of the media scramble to chase. No matter from the number or age the migrant workers can not be regarded as vulnerable groups. But judging by the degree of their labor rights and interests have been infringed, migrant workers become a new vulnerable groups. How to safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers labor not only is an issue worth a society alert, but also related to the urbanization process of our country.This article mainly from the Angle of labor arbitration divided into four parts to study under the labor rights protection problems of migrant workers in China.
