Based on the enterprise’s environmental responsibility as the cut-in point, on the behavior ofenvironment of an enterprise credit evaluation system to make a relatively comprehensive andin-depth analysis. The main content of this paper will focus on the behavior of environment of anenterprise and the credit evaluation system, the legal foundation of the credit evaluation of theenvironmental behavior of an enterprise, the credit evaluation system design of the behavior ofenvironment of an enterprise as three big aspects.The first chapter is the behavior of environment of an enterprise and the credit evaluationsystem. From the social responsibility of the enterprise especially the environmental responsibilityof enterprises theoretical connotation, and contacting the enterprise credit theory and theenvironmental information disclosure of enterprise theory, the following behavior of environmentof an enterprise credit evaluation system study for the legal system.The second chapter is the legal foundation of the credit evaluation of the environmentalbehavior of an enterprise. From the behavior of environment of an enterprise credit evaluation asan important link in the starting part, combined with practical experience, discussed the subject ofevaluation, index system, procedure, results, and discussion of the classification of governmentmanagement measures, as the system provides important legal and technical support.The third chapter is the credit evaluation system design of the behavior of environment of anenterprise. This part is this innovation, from the above argumentation basis, from the legislativepattern, legislative purpose, principle and system of system of content, research on how to improveour corporate environmental behavior of credit evaluation system and system construction.
