Study Of The Management Of Forensic Oriented Foreign Forensic Institutions Of Social Service

In March2012, during the revision process of new Criminal Procedure Law,legal evidence system revision has become one of the hot issues and judicialidentification has gained close attention from people in Chinese educational circlesand practice field. People make different requirements and expectations to Chinesecurrent judicial identification management system because of the rapid change insocial environment. Therefore, in this paper, by comparing with foreign judicialidentification system, the author tries to discuss the judicial identificationmanagement on public social service in Yunnan province, especially for someproblems on judicial identification management concerning aliens, in order to furtherimprove and perfect the civil judicial identification management of our country.This paper will mainly study how to improve judicial identification managementsystem concerning aliens in public judicial identification agencies of Yunnan province.It explains the nature of judicial identification from the prospect of quasi publicproduct, and studies the judicial identification system reforms and better publicservice during the bridgehead construction period from southwest in Yunnan provincebased on the combination theory of system innovation and public management. Thetopic is advanced, realistic and practical which highlights the interdisciplinary andcombination of different subjects and combines normative research, empiricalresearch, qualitative research and quantitative research. At the same time, it studiesthe current situation of judicial identification management and judicial identificationmanagement concerning aliens in Yunnan province, analyses parts of the judicialidentification management concerning aliens which unfit the current economic andlegal system construction and finally propose corresponding solutions and strategies.
