The Study In Constructing Service-oriented Rural Grassroots In Our Country

Reform and opening up brings about great changes in all aspects of ourpolitics,economy,culture etc. With the rapid development of China’s economy, theaccelerating process of democracy and the legal system and the growing public awarenessof democracy,the rule of law,and efficiency, people’s demand of the construction ofprimary party organizations has been highly increasing.The construction ofservice-oriented party organizations is imminent.The primary party organizations are theorganizational foundation for the ruling party. Which Not only the Executor of theparty’s line, principles and policies of the rural, but also the tie and organization with thepeople. Grass-roots party organization contact with the farmers directly, and understandthe needs of the peasants.The health of the primary party organizations is what is directlyat stake to not just the national rejuvenation and national stability, but also whether theChinese Communist Party’s ruling status is stable.Firstly,starting from Marx’s historical materialism people view and the Party BuildingTheory from successive leaders,the thesis illustrates the theoretical basis of serviceoriented Party organizations.and analyzes the connotation of the service-orientedgovernments and service-oriented party organizations,the relationship between them andthe significance of the construction of service oriented party organizations; Secondly,according to the author’s survey,the construction of grass-roots party organizations lies theproblems of the lack of service awareness and Party member’s tenet consciousness,theinsufficient service ability, the capacity,either Party or Party member oneself,needing toimprove;not perfect service facilities and the lack of places to serve the people.What ismore,service contents and methods are single and lack in the masses appeal. Finally,aiming at the existing problems in the construction of grass-roots party organizations,thispaper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects: First,strengthen the village levelparty organizations and Party member’s service awareness and unity in thinking;Second,enhance the service ability;Third,strengthen the service facilities;Fourth,enrich theservice content of grass-roots party organizations,and innovate the service ways of grassroots party organizations.
