Study On Construction Of Grass-Roots Service Oriented Party Organization In Dao County Economic Development Zone Of Hunan

The construction of grass-roots service oriented Party organizations plays a important role in strengthening its ability and making a positive contribution to comprehensively deepening the reform.After the reform and opening up,most counties in China have set up economic development zones as the main position for the development of county economy.The Management Organization of the County Economic Development Zone bears the important task of developing the economic zone and boosting the county economy.And the development of the management skills the department can not be separated from a high-quality contingent of Party members.The development of the service oriented Party organizations at the grassroots level in the economic development zones is conducive to the functioning of the service functions of the department in the economic development zones.This paper chooses the economic development zone of D County of Hunan to investigate the construction of its Grass-roots Service Oriented party organizations.Through interviews and questionnaires and checking on the central document "The guide to strengthening the construction of service-oriented grass-roots party organizations" file,the construction of Daoxian County Economic Development Zone complied with "around the center,construct the team",solved a number of problems plagued the development of economic Development Zone,laid the foundation for further development.However,it is also found that the service attitude,service ability,service platform and service style construction should be further strengthened.Through the analysis of the reason of the problem,find a major cause of the problem is that the contradiction between the rapid development of the economic development zone economy has put forward higher demand and economic development zone is relatively fixed on the service agency system.The economic development zone construction of grass-roots party organizations in addition to strengthen their team construction.also need to learn the power of social organization,regional party construction and other innovative methods,in order improve service work.
