Research Of Chinese Party’s Ruling Legitimacy Undergoing Social Transition

Political theory of political legitimacy is an important research topic. Its concern ishow long-lasting problem of political order. Party politics, the ruling party control ofstate power, then inevitably face the problem of political legitimacy.Chinese Communist Party after more than twenty-eight years of bloody battles andachieved political power, access to the governing legitimacy, has a wealth of legitimacy,but legitimacy is not once and for all, get Legitimacy is not equivalent to permanentlyenjoy legitimacy. With the deepening of reform and opening up the development ofChina began a profound transformation of society, the Chinese Communist Party beganto maintain and consolidate its legitimacy facing problems. In this paper, Marxisthistorical materialism and scientific concept of development，and establish a domesticand foreign scholars on the political legitimacy of research results, analysis of theChinese Communist Party Political Legitimacy Transition Challenges and solutionsstrategy.In addition to the introduction of this article is divided into four chapters. First, theWestern political legitimacy theory was re-sort, and put forward their own theoreticalunderstanding of Western legitimacy, in the affirmative, while Western research resultspresented its limitations; Secondly, from the analysis of both horizontal and verticalindicators legitimate sexual basis, focusing on analysis of the Chinese Communist Partypolitical legitimacy based mainly divided into moral foundations of economicperformance based on ideological foundations of the rule of law and the democratic basis;again, the analysis of the legitimacy of the ruling Communist Party of China in transitionchallenges. The chapter argues that the Chinese Communist in transition challengesfacing difficulties mainly in performance, ideology, state political system three aspects;Finally, according to the Chinese Communist Party legitimacy challenge the ChineseCommunist Party to strengthen and maintain its own legitimacy pathways analyzed.
