The Study On The Sense Of Happiness From Migrants’of South-to-North Water Division Project-According To The Social Survey On The YC City Of HuBei Province

The south to North Water Diversion Project is the important strategic project tochange the national Southern flood and Northern drought and water shortage in northernarea. The south to North Water Diversion Project has three water diversionlines,including the Eastern Middle Western Project, the construction is difficult andlarger than the SanXia project. The south-to-North Water Diversion Project led to alarge number of immigrants, and immigrants has received great attention of their livingconditions. With migrants smooth placement, society began from the past living moretransfer to spiritual life condition for immigrants in resettlement life concern. Therefore,it is important to research on the south-to-North Water Diversion immigration happiness.This paper take the HuBei province YC city resettlement as the research object, toobtain first-hand information through field survey,we use descriptive analysis, varianceanalysis and other statistical methods to research the situation of immigrants happinessof South-to-North Water Diversion.This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is mainly based on theneed of combing the domestic and foreign academic research results, the articleintroduces the research background, significance, research framework, and the relatedcontents of the article are introduced in this paper;In the second chapter,mainly putforward the well-being of the theoretical basis, and the related concepts are explained;the third chapter analyzes the particularity of general correlated with happiness andwell-being factors affecting migrants, the purpose is to provide a foundation for thefourth chapter index of South-to-North Water Diversion immigration happiness;thefourth chapter puts forward the South-to-North Water Diversion Project constructionprinciples of index,and decomposed the construction of the happiness model.the studiesdetermine the relevant calculation method of South-to-North Water Diversionimmigration happiness;the fifth chapter take the placement of YC city in Hubeiprovince as a example, carried out a survey on happiness; the sixth chapter puts forwardthe related counter measure for unhappiness of the immigrants.This study has the following conclusions.1On the whole,the South-to-North WaterDiversion for the resettlement of migrants happiness is at the low level,so there are many work to do fo the immigrants.2In the five latitudes of happiness,family happinesssatisfaction is higher, and the state of the economy, infrastructure, social environmentand social well-being happiness is relatively low, excluding some immigrants neutral,the four latitude well-being evaluation are relatively low.3Gender, age, education,political affiliation to immigrants well-being evaluation influence not too significant, onthe one hand, most immigrants can not well benefit from the policy,on the otherhand,many immigrants miss the original place they once live.professional status have acertain influence on happiness.
