Civil servants are the executor of the various policies of the state. They are the implementers of our government policy. Civil administrative ability is not only directly reflect the quality of civil servants and the level of the management, but also reflect the government’s ruling ability and management level. Moreover, that will impact on the government’s work efficiency. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of our country civil servants administrative execute ability is help to enhance the government executive ability, and achieve the functions of the government and the important objective. At present, our country is trying to build a service-oriented government and the construction of a harmonious society. Various relevant policies of the government emphasize the citizens and society, for the purpose of service, in order to realize the public interests as the goal. And this is to our country civil servants administrative ability to execute puts forward new requirements and challenges.
