The Research On The Reform Of China’s Urban Community Management System Under The Perspective Of Governance

With the deepening of the reform and opening-up and the establishment of market economy system,great changes have taken place in our country social class structure, profound changes have brought the huge impact on the current urban community management system. Urban communities has become a rallying point of different social groups, the link points of social organizations, the accumulation point of various kinds of interests and social contradictions. Traditional community management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the construction and development in today’s urban community, implementing reform in urban community management system and build a new system which is suited to the development of today’s urban community are particularly urgent. As The Chinese Communist Party and our country put the improvement of people’s livelihood as the focus of accelerating social development to grasp, the reform of urban community management system must be the basis of social construction, will become as the next focus and breakthrough for the reform of city.This paper use the method of theoretical analysis and comparative study, using the theory of governance and civil society theory as the guidance, basing on the typical cases of China’s urban community management system, analysis on the current basic structure and the existing problems of city community management system in our country, basis on this, summarizing the foreign typical experience and enlightenment of urban community management, fully draw lessons from foreign typical structure and characteristics of community management system,combining basic national conditions of our country, from the angle of public management, put forward the new path which are suited to the reform of China’s urban community management system, giving a new guide for the construction and management of community.
