Study Of Community Composite Governance Model In Our Country

Urban communities constitute the basic unit of our country’s city. With the development of market economy,urban community is playing an increasingly important role in meeting different demands, integrating different interests, and ensuring social stability. How to do construction work in urban communities under the new situation and innovative urban community governance model has become one of the government’s current urgent problems. As the building of the political, economic, cultural, social and ecological construction "five one" strategy is put forward in 18 th CPC National Congress, a new pattern of community governance model innovation is increasingly attracting the attention of the society from all walks of life.In this paper, first of all, from the macro background of community governance, analysis the concept of community, urban community and service.Comb out the basic characteristics of urban community, summarizes the governance and the meaning and characteristics of urban community governance.Second, through the analysis of three typical communities abroad, it is concluded that the experience of community governance and community reference significance to our country.Insight into China since the reform and opening to the outside in the exploration and practice on the community governance model, summarizes the current experience and the problems of our country’s community, points out that the core problem of the current community construction in China is the lack of composite governance. In this chapter, it also explained the realization method of the urban community composite governance is to insist on residents’ demand oriented on the basis of building complex community operation mechanism.Finally, this paper introduces the specific example of community composite governance in our country-TEDA mode.The development of TEDA were summarized, and its composite community governance mechanism is analyzed in detail.Pointing out the specific experience in the process of community governance, as well as the enlightenment on the future community construction in our country has an important significance for continuous innovation in our country community governance model.
