Problems And Countermeasures In Community Development

Community is the cell of the city,commnuity managent is the basis of the city managent.Following the increase of the citizen’s income,people’s living standard and living environment also been improved. Strengthen the community management is become of the important segment for built a clean,safe and convenient environment to live. Strengthen the community mangement is the maintain of social stability,political stability, the way to build the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and a harmonious socity. As we can see, stengment conmunity manment is the basis of improve modernization managent standard, it is very important. There are some weaknesses within to community construction pricess:insufficient understanding of community construction and lack of scientific system planing.This article is concentrate on the current problems and the reasons for problem of community management, From the perspective of change system reform and development of our counity community discussion counter measures are put forward. There four charpters for this articke, the first charpter is introduce the concept of community, the characteristics of community. The second charpter is introduce the planing objective of community construction. The third charpter is going to analysis the problems and the reasons for problems within the develoment of our county community:inadquate of government function, the culture construction is poor and so on. The main reasons are the weakness of economic fuction,the limitation of community management and the administration of community management etc. The forth charpter put forward on the way to improve our community and the practial mode:improve community economic, standard community orgnization and management system,play a role of the government departments to optimize the allcation of resources, establish purchasing service,amagement mode,etc.
