The New Democratic Period "Benefit Both Labor And Capital",and Its Contemporary

At present, our country is still facing many problems in labor relations, labor disputes still exist, to deal with this problem is particularly important; this paper to solve this problem is to write, this article mainly uses the research methods of literature study and theoretical analysis, the comprehensive several characters main point in the new democratic period, puts forward some methods to solve the problem.This article will first introduce the New Democracy period "benefit to both labor and capital" ideological background, then introduces the main content of "benefiting both labor and capital" thought and "benefiting both labor and capital" the thought essence and successful practice, finally put forward the New Democracy period "benefit to both labor and capital" thinking of the contemporary value.A very important aspect of the problem is to restrict the labor problem has been China’s economic and social development, all our social system serious tilt to the capital, but the common laborer did not share in the beneficial results of production development. We Chinese economy did not establish the sharing economy required that developed economies, capital department benefit is maximized, but our ordinary workers are serious exploitation. So how to solve this kind of abnormal condition, the new democratic period of "benefiting both labor and capital" thought could give us some enlightenment, that is what this thesis will solve the problem.
