Researching Into The Ideological And Political Work Of The Real Estate Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up, especially since the beginning of the new century, China’s real estate industry has developed rapidly. The real estate enterprises, regardless of the number or scale, have unprecedented development. In the context of the development of the real estate boom, most real estate companies can do a good job in business development, and at the same time, make their own ideological and political work well, which is worthy of recognition. But what we have to admit is that there are still many problems to be studied and improved about the ideological and political work of the real estate companies.To this end, this paper is comprised of the following aspects. Firstly, the article analyses the issues of the ethic thought and political work in the real estate businesses, as well as the reason of the problems and the social impact arising by these problems. Secondly, the article discusses the objectives and features of the ideological and political work of the real estate enterprises. And finally what comes is the discussion on those ways of the ideological and political work of the real estate businesses.
